ZH series of combined classifier is a high-performance classifier integrating large powder classification, horizontal vortex classification and fine powder separation, which is now widely used for raw material flow grinding system. The high-concentration dust-laden air from the grinding enters into the classifier through the lower air duct, rises up at a slower speed along the annular channel between the outer cone and the inner cone after being rectified by the inner cone. The large powder contained slips into the coarse powder collection barrel along the sidewall of the outer cone because of gravity sedimentation to achieve gravity separation. The air after being treated by gravity separation forms a stable horizontal vortex classifying zone between the guide blades and rotor through the turning effort of the guide blades and the rotor. After grinding, the material is fed from the classifier inlet, and evenly scattered around through the spinning scattering reel of the rotor. Due to the blockage of the dam ring, the material in the dispersed state lies at the classifying zone between the guide blades and the rotor. The powder particles moving in the classifying eddy will be affected by gravity, wind and rotating centrifugal force at the same time, so the particles with different initial speeds and different sizes will have different trajectories. The small and light particles are sucked into the rotor with the airflow, and enter into the cyclone dust collector after being divided into four parts through air distribution chamber. Most of the finished powder is isolated, and the air with the dust removed will exhaust from the exhaust pipe of the cyclone dust collector, and then enters into the dust collection equipment at the next level. The large and heavy particles will fall down, and gather into the coarse powder collection barrel through the cone and then return to grinding mill. If the rotor speed is changed, the initial velocity of dust particles and the streamline curvature of the vortex in the separator area are also changed, and the direction of the wind power and the size of the centrifugal force functioned on the particles are also changed, thus effectively regulating the product fineness.

ZH series combined classifier can change the rotating speed of the classifier by remote control, thus adjusting product fineness in a wide range; without the need to close the machine, it can regulate the opening the guide blades conveniently to meet the different requirements of airflow, output and fineness. 4. The wearing parts of ZH Series Combined Separator are all made from wear resistant materials or processed by wear-resistant techniques, so the wear rate is very low, the service life is long and the operation cost is low.
