O-X high-efficiency combined vortex powder concentrator is the latest high-tech product, which is developed by our company collaborating with Nanjing University of Technology and Yancheng Institute of Technology. It adopts aviation aerodynamics analyzing methods based on the most advanced powder selection principle in the world. The product system has the advantages of simple configuration, low investment and large amounts of mill output increase. With unique internal structure, high efficiency of powder concentration, remarkable energy saving effect, it is the prime product to improve product yield and quality of the grinding system after the implementation of the new cement standards, which leads the new wave of technological innovation related to powder concentration.
Technical Features Compared to traditional powder classifiers, O-X high-efficiency vortex combined powder classifier has the following outstanding advantages: 1. Divide the materials into three classifications, i.e. “the large powder (d>150um), the medium-sized powder (60um<d<150um) and the small powder”. Through the first-level classification, the large particles are separated from the mixed powder, while the second-level accurate classification is completed by the annular space shaped by countervanes and the vertical rotors, with ultra-high classifying precision and higher classifying efficiency. 2. Compared with the centrifugal, tornado, rotor classifier of the similar size, O-X high-efficiency combined vortex classifier, in contrast with classifiers in the respect of treatment capacity, has greatly increased the treatment capacity and classifying efficiency, thus more in tune with the needs of large-scale production. The advanced and reasonable structure allows the classifying airflow, production and feed volume to change in a large range without affecting the classifying efficiency. The classification performance is very stable. 3. The classification theory is advanced. Combining with various classification principles, O-X high-efficiency vortex combined powder classifier applies aviation aerodynamic analyzing method to optimize the design of the entire flow field, making the device resistance significantly reduced, so the energy-saving effect is very obvious. The classifier rotor is equipped with the vortex rectifier with national patent, and relative to the rotor, the airflow inside the rotor does not spin but only go up. After the airflow enters into the motor, because of the momentum, the drive for the motor is reduced, thus saving the drive power and reducing the wear and tear. After the materials have been classified for twice, the classification precision is higher. 4. The classifier shaft adopts the stepless speed control. The adjustment of fineness is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjustment range is wide. 5. It has re-optimized the design of the classifying zone, enhanced the spatial range of the areas, made full use of the main space to increase the ratio of powder and air and improved the classifying efficiency. 6. The wearing parts and components of the classifier, such as the scattering reel, cyclone snail horn, countervanes and rotor classifying blades are all made from wear resistant materials or processed by wear-resistant techniques, so the wear rate is very low. It uses the new manganese plate as the lining, which effectively extends its service life. 7. Adopt a new design program to seal the lowering bearing of the spindle, which is an effective solution to the two important problems, i.e. the bearing dust pollution and lubrication oil leakage, and meanwhile effectively extends the life of the lowering bearing. 8. When designing the foundation of the classifier, apply mechanical vibration attenuation theory so that the resonant frequency of the classifier and the foundation is not close to the natural frequency of the classifier and natural frequency of the foundation, which is a fundamental solution to the classifier vibration problem that has long troubled the using manufacturers. 9. The large powder pipe, the medium-sized powder pipe and the cyclones all adopt dual interlocking air valve, which significantly lowers the air leakage rate of the system, thus overcoming the major defects of raising too many dusts in the operation of the previous classifiers.
